How do you do an ice facial?

You only need 1-2 cubes of ice and a clean cloth or paper towel.

1. Wrap the ice cube/s in a cloth.

2.Allow it to melt slightly.

3.Apply and glide over face.

To give your skin a boost in antioxidants and reduce redness, freeze green tea, pomegranate or orange juice into cubes and apply to face.

You can apply the ice cubes directly to the face but don’t use it immediately after taking it out of the freezer, or you could causeĀ capillaries under your skin to break due to the extreme cold.
