This ice-cream is very simple to make and uses only one ingredient…….BANANAS! It takes very little time to prepare and to make!


3 frozen bananas, peeled (can add more if you wanted a bigger serving)


Blender or food processor*

1. Peel and chop the bananas, then  put them in the freezer. Leave it for a few hours or until solid.

2. Take the bananas out of the freezer and add them into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

3. Put it into a container in the freezer for 2-3 hours to give it a firmer texture.

Other Notes*

If you don’t have a blender or food processor you can also mix it by hand with a potato masher or the ends of a rolling pin.
