This delicious dessert is guilt-free and so good! It can be whipped up in minutes and satisfies those chocolate cravings!


Serves 4-6 small glasses


1 avocado

4 tbsp cocoa powder or for a darker taste, make it 1/4 cup

2-3 tbsp- (possibly more) sweetener of choice- you can use maple syrup, rice malt syrup, honey or coconut syrup

¼ cup( or less) milk.*

1 frozen or ripe banana



1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until mousse-like and well mixed. Taste-test and add ingredients and just add more or less of ingredients until the taste is just right for you.

*Other notes

– To create a lighter taste, you can use 1/4 cup of coconut water in place of the milk.
